About the Role
As a Content Creator and Podcast Host at Tierpoint Partners, you’ll work directly with the Founder to shape and elevate a personal brand aimed at senior finance leaders. You’ll lead on-camera interviews, develop long-form video content, and help build a bank of high-quality marketing assets for use across LinkedIn and other social platforms. This is a freelance, project-based engagement focused initially on creating foundational brand and storytelling content, with the potential for ongoing involvement in wider content creation, podcast development, and social media support.
Responsibilities
Conduct on-camera interviews with the Founder to capture Tierpoint Partners’ story, purpose, and point of view.
Develop and facilitate structured interview frameworks covering origin story, services, target audience, and market narrative.
Host and appear in video content, ensuring a confident and professional presence on camera.
Collaborate on the creation of long-form content that can be repurposed into shorter social media clips.
Support the development, hosting, and organisation of a Tierpoint Partners podcast, including guest preparation and interview facilitation.
Provide input into broader social media and content strategy alongside the Founder.
Work on a project-by-project basis, with scope for continued collaboration as content needs grow.
Requirements
Strong on-camera presence and confidence hosting interviews with senior professionals.
Experience creating video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube.
Ability to design interview structures, extract compelling narratives, and guide engaging conversations.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with founders, executives, or professional services businesses is advantageous.
Strong organisational capability to manage interviews, scheduling, content planning, and pre-production preparation.
Comfortable collaborating with a founder-led, fast-moving organisation with evolving content needs.
Nice to Have
Experience hosting or producing business podcasts.
Background in journalism, media production, content strategy, or corporate storytelling.
Understanding of professional services, consulting, or finance environments.
Ability to support light social media management, such as drafting captions or planning content calendars.
