About the Role
As a Process Analyst at Tierpoint Partners, you’ll analyse, map, and optimise finance processes across medium to large enterprises. Leveraging process intelligence and mining tools, you’ll identify inefficiencies, quantify ROI, and support high-impact transformation projects. This interim, project-based role suits detail-oriented professionals with deep finance process expertise.
Responsibilities
Analyse, map, and visualise finance processes (P2P, R2R, O2C) to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Apply process intelligence and process mining tools to generate actionable insights and measurable ROI for clients.
Collaborate with finance, ERP, and transformation teams to align execution with project objectives.
Maintain accurate documentation of process flows, findings, and performance metrics.
Support the design of transformation roadmaps and automation strategies across finance functions.
Partner with senior advisors and interim specialists to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
2–5 years’ experience applying process mining or process intelligence in finance environments.
Strong understanding of finance architecture in medium to large enterprises.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and finance automation tools (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
Proficiency in process intelligence and automation tools (Celonis, QPR Process Analyzer, UI Path, SAP Signavio, Microsoft Power Automate).
Deep knowledge of core finance processes: P2P, R2R, O2C.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
Nice to Have
Previous interim or consulting experience in finance transformation projects.
Exposure to multi-country or complex enterprise finance environments.
Experience quantifying ROI and building business cases for automation initiatives.
