About the Role
As an Order-to-Cash (O2C) Module Lead at Tierpoint Partners, you’ll act as the primary subject matter expert on all O2C client engagements. You’ll oversee projects from scoping to delivery, providing practical, real-world advice to optimise revenue operations. This interim role is ideal for experienced finance professionals with deep O2C transformation experience and a track record of delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary O2C subject matter expert for client engagements.
Oversee project execution, ensuring O2C transformation initiatives are delivered on time.
Advise clients on accounts receivable, credit management, dispute resolution, and cash application.
Recommend automation and AI-enabled solutions to optimise collections and cash flow.
Collaborate with finance teams, interim advisors, and analysts to align execution with strategic objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks, providing practical guidance for complex O2C challenges.
Support client workshops, solution design, and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Contribute actively to Tierpoint Partners marketing content, including thought leadership, podcasts, webinars, and speaker events.
Requirements
Significant hands-on experience as an O2C consultant, advisor, or interim module lead.
Deep understanding of core O2C processes including AR, credit, disputes, and cash application.
Experience delivering O2C transformation and optimisation initiatives in medium to large enterprises.
Knowledge of automation and AI within O2C functions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence senior finance leaders.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders effectively.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with finance ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and O2C technology solutions.
Prior experience contributing to marketing, thought leadership, or speaking engagements.
Understanding of intercompany billing, subscription-based revenue, or international finance operations.
