Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Programme Directors to join Tierpoint Partners as Independent Advisors. This role is designed for senior practitioners with deep experience delivering finance-led D365 transformations across complex organisations, ideally with a background as a qualified accountant.
Our advisors play a critical role in shaping high-quality outcomes for CFOs, investors, and delivery teams by providing independent oversight, assurance, and senior delivery leadership across Dynamics 365 programmes.
This is a non-exclusive, flexible advisory role suited to experienced professionals who value independence, professional credibility, and meaningful client impact.
What You Will Do
As an independent Programme Director, you will:
Provide client-side programme leadership and assurance for finance-led Dynamics 365 programmes.
Support CFOs and senior stakeholders through complex delivery decisions, governance, and risk management.
Challenge system integrators constructively to protect finance outcomes, data integrity, and delivery quality.
Contribute senior insight across programme mobilisation, design governance, go-live readiness, and stabilisation.
Act as a trusted, independent voice bridging finance, technology, and delivery.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for senior professionals who bring:
Extensive experience leading or assuring end-to-end Dynamics 365 programmes, ideally D365 Finance/Business Central.
Strong background in finance transformation, with a clear understanding of CFO priorities.
Ideally, a qualified accountant by trade who has transitioned into ERP and transformation leadership.
Experience operating in complex, multi-entity or multinational environments.
Confidence operating independently, with strong stakeholder presence and sound judgement.
