At Tierpoint Partners, we value your referrals and believe great talent knows great talent. To show our appreciation, we’ve designed a tiered referral scheme to reward you for helping us connect with top finance professionals.
Eligible Referrals
The referred candidate must be someone Tierpoint Partners is not already aware of.
Full permission must be obtained from the candidate before making the referral.
The referral bonus is only due if the referrer facilitates an introduction to Tierpoint Partners.
Referral Bonus
Referral bonuses are based on the successful placement of the candidate and the salary level offered:
£500 – Salaries between £20,000 and £45,000
£1,000 – Salaries between £45,001 and £60,000
£1,500 – Salaries between £60,001 and £99,000
£2,000 – Salaries over £100,000
Payment Conditions:
The referral bonus is only payable once the candidate has passed their probation period or the client is out of their rebate period, whichever is sooner.
Bonuses are paid within 30 days of the candidate passing the above conditions.
Additional Terms:
If multiple referrers submit the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer to introduce the candidate to Tierpoint Partners.
Internal employees of Tierpoint Partners are not eligible for the scheme.
Tierpoint Partners reserves the right to amend or terminate the scheme at any time without notice.
A successful referral is defined as the candidate being offered and accepting a role through Tierpoint Partners.
The referral bonus is subject to any applicable taxes and reporting requirements.
